Taylor and Chris chose to have their engagement session at Magnolia Woods in Huntersville, which also happens to be their wedding venue. It turned out to be the perfect setting, offering everything from cozy garden paths and stone walls to wooded areas and warm evening light—all without ever leaving the property.

One of my favorite things about Magnolia Woods is how much variety it offers.
During one engagement session we were able to photograph around:

open grassy areas
charming architectural details
The final gallery feels like we visited several different locations, even though we never left the venue.

Why Magnolia Woods Is One of My Favorite Engagement Session Locations
Magnolia Woods is one of those rare venues that offers incredible variety without feeling overwhelming.
The gardens are beautifully maintained, the wooded areas create a quiet, intimate feel, and little details like the pergolas, stonework, and string lights add so much character. Everything is close together, which means we spend less time walking and more time creating photos.
